Recruiter Information

Recruiters have a number of options when using MaoriTalent.com. Our administrator can provide full training on the system to ensure you receive the full benefits. Our Administrators provide recruiters with support functions which include broadcast messaging groups of technical users for targeted marketing of both immediate and future opportunities.

NB: To qualify for recruiter access you must commit to using MaoriTalent.com for 12 months. A single Recruiter licence is $500+GST per month giving the Recruiter the ability to post unlimited numbers of jobs and access the database of talent.

The following functions are available for Recruiters;

  • Ability to build and edit a profile as per the ‘Talent Pool’ user.
  • Ability to Post Jobs to the system.
  • Ability to Edit, Update, Clone (Duplicate) Jobs, Close Jobs previously posted on the system at any time.
  • View vacancies on the system by either;
    1. View Jobs (All jobs) using the job search system.
    2. Open Jobs (Live jobs posted by the Recruiter)
    3. Closed Jobs (for review or to reopen or clone) ‘Reopen’ immediately launches the exact same details. ‘Clone’ retains main details but allows the recruiter to alter details and assigns a new date – this is a time saving feature for those with multiple jobs with similar content.
  • Ability to add notes to jobs within the system that are not displayed to the candidate user pool.
  • Ability to automatically ‘Match’ Jobs to the ‘Talent Pool’ of people by a percentage algorithm which instantly provides a list of potential candidates sorted by closest match to required experience and skills (as selected by the recruiter).
  • Ability to search the database of talent using three different search methods.
    1. Text Search – searches the database based on key word or string of key words to locate profiles with this information. E.g. ‘Microsoft’ will find all those profiles with Microsoft in the profile. ‘Wellington High School’ will locate all those people with this information contained in their profile.
    2. Name Search – searches by full name or partial name to locate someone you may already be working with, have been recommended to speak to or a name you remember from the past.
    3. Attribute Search – The system has a comprehensive attribute search which uses information defined by the systems administrator. The attribute search includes the ability to search by desired and/or current location, Job Type, Job Title, Skill based on Career Channel, and User Group as defined by the systems administrator.
  • All candidates can be contacted by the Recruiter via contact details provided by the candidate.
  • The Recruitment user can enter notes on each individual Users profile, tracking activity and detailing relevant information on this candidate within the system. ‘Notes’ are accessed via each individual’s profile.
